Master Bathroom – Design Elements

What I love about a renovation project, is to first see how the elements work together!

I’m excited to be talking about the plans for our master bathroom! If you remember from the “before tour“, the bathroom was pretty boring! The room felt cold and uninviting. Well, I have good news, I feel like the selection below will bring this room back to life!

Easing you into it… I thought I would share my plans for the space first.

The plan is to brighten it up in there! I want this bathroom to feel like a retreat. I want to be able to relax and unwind. So when it came to designing the bathroom, even though it is small, I wanted it to feel like I was somehow connected to nature.

This is why I am going with a soft palette with a little bit of contrast on one wall, in order to create a soothing environment.

Vanity // Sink // Faucet // Mirror // Sconces // Wallpaper // Wall Tile // Floor Tile // *Toilet paper holder // *Toilet paper storage tower // *Brass Towel Bar

And, while to me, the mid-century buffet is the masterpiece of the bathroom, the beautiful faucets, the modern sink and the colorful wallpaper all help set the tone.

Finally, the light fixtures create an overall sense of elegance and warmth.

Join me next week for the tour of the finished master bathroom
